Our aim is to support a feeling of well-being and mental good health

Psychological therapy can help you to address and manage any personal or work related issues you may have. We put the therapeutic relationship at the centre of our work and can help enhance both your personal and working life and support the healing of emotional and psychological distress.

Our soft-edged holistic approach to therapy aims to allieviate emotional and behavioural problems and in doing so support a feeling of well-being and good mental health. The psychological therapy we offer will help you to address and manage any personal or work related issues you may have.

The Sanctum model does NOT require you to spend many months or years engaging in therapy. Through extensive experience it is generally found that 12 sessions is sufficient for most conditions, with the majority of clients recognising an improvement by their 3rd or 4th session.
